Dear BHRSD Community, As we approach this holiday season, I’d like to share a few reminders. Please remember how excited we all are, the students, staff, parents and administrators that our schools are open. Our collective goal is to keep it this way. Our best approach is to support each other with known preventative measures. This is particularly important at the Omicron variant becomes more pervasive. TikTok post – Non-Credible Threat
December 16, 2021 Dear Families, The public schools in South County have become aware of a troubling post that has been shared widely this week on the social media platform TikTok. The post refers to a threat to school safety “for every school in the USA, even elementary,” on Friday, December 17. Meeting on COVID-19 Vaccine Policy / Vote
Dear BHRSD Community, I’m reaching out to invite you to a special virtual School Committee meeting on December 8th at 6pm to gather school community feedback in advance of a potential School Committee vote on a potential COVID-19 vaccine mandate. As you know, our schools and community have been working hard to try to manage the impact of COVID-19. We have implemented a number of practices to support keeping our schools open.
