Position:   .5 French Teacher, Gr. 9 – 12 – Monument Mountain Regional High School

Monument Mountain, comprised of 675 students and 100 staff members, is a regional school that enjoys an excellent reputation earned through its comprehensive range of offerings, its skilled and committed faculty, and its mission to create opportunities for students that encourage and empower their learning as well as their contributions to the school community.  Located in the heart of the cultural attractions of the Berkshires, it is two and a half hours from both New York City and Boston

Requirements:                      BA/BS or equivalent: MA Certification in area of assignment

Qualifications:                      Demonstrated expertise & experience in teaching French.  Demonstrated experience teaching traditional French subjects.  Demonstrated expertise and experience in teaching a wide range of students including diverse learning styles and interest.  Demonstrated experience in and enthusiasm about working in the high school setting ranging from the classroom to the co-curricular program.  Other qualifications as determined by District.     

Salary:                                   As per BHEA – Unit A Contract
