    Dear BHRSD Community, I hope this past week has found you some rest and time with loved ones.  Before we return to school on Monday, I wanted to share important health updates we received from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Department of Public Health. Yesterday,  they released updated guidance for public schools reflecting some of CDC’s most recent COVID-19 recommendations.  Please note that while the isolation guidance for K-12 is changing (applying to people who have COVID), the quarantine guidance (for those who are exposed but haven’t tested positive) will be staying the same for K-12.     Dear BHRSD Community, As we approach this holiday season, I’d like to share a few reminders. Please remember how excited we all are, the students, staff, parents and administrators that our schools are open. Our collective goal is to keep it this way. Our best approach is to support each other with known preventative measures. This is particularly important at the Omicron variant becomes more pervasive. These measures include masking, vaccines, and when applicable booster shots.
