Health Information for Families
We ask that all children be kept home
when they are sick to that they have time to rest and
fully recover before returning to school, and so that
they are not exposing other children to their illness.
Please notify the school when your child will be
absent-644-2350.
A child with vomiting/diarrhea should be kept
home until they are symptom-free for at least 12 hours.
A child with pinkeye may return to school 24
hours after treatment has begun.
A child may not attend school with a fever of 100
degrees or more.
All
children grades K-4 are required to have completed the
following schedule of immunizations before entering
school:
5 doses
DTAP
4 doses
polio
2 doses
MMR
3 doses
Hepatitis B
1 dose
varicella
Lead test
with results
*No child
can be admitted to school until all required
documentation is submitted.
